PCB assembly process is not complicated. However test results affect by staffs, accuracy of machines, stencils and environmental factors.
To achieve this goal, our quality department would increase quality staffs to do cross check,using SPI machine, AOI machine and X-ray machines to do automatic test. Now, our overall pass rate can be 98%.
